Terms & Conditions — hit880 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with hit880, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are not permitted to register or use any part of hit880 under any circumstances.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from hit880 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your location.
• You are acting as a private individual and not in any professional or commercial capacity.
• You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and will keep that information current.

hit880 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the eligibility conditions above have not been met. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hit880 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify hit880 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. hit880 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

hit880 employs SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and hit880 accepts no liability for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not you authorised it — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified hit880 of a security breach.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

hit880 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may change at any time without prior notice.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day; these are displayed in your account settings and may be subject to revision.

All transactions must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. hit880 will reject deposits from third-party accounts. Any withdrawal will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically 10–30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Card (Visa / Mastercard): 3–5 business days.

hit880 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending identity verification, responsible gaming checks, or fraud investigation. In such cases, hit880 will notify the player within 24 hours and request any documentation required. Funds will not be withheld beyond what is strictly necessary for the completion of due-diligence procedures.

Currency on the hit880 platform is denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any currency conversion costs incurred by a player when using an internationally denominated card are the sole responsibility of the player.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

hit880 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free credits, reload offers, and free spins to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is activated. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms take precedence only with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all hit880 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by fully registered and verified players aged 21 or above.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked independently.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x). Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only wagers placed using eligible games and bet types count towards wagering requirements. Excluded games are identified in the individual promotion terms.
• hit880 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled before a player has completed wagering requirements, any unconverted bonus funds will be removed and real-money balances will remain unaffected.
• Players who are subject to a self-exclusion period or deposit limit are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during that period.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through multi-accounting, chip dumping, or any other method constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

hit880 is committed to providing a fair, transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or derive an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or sports betting syndicates to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, undocumented features, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a verifiable platform error are void and will be reversed.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's security, RNG systems, or game logic.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or avoid restrictions.
• Using hit880 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity. hit880 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party without prior written consent from hit880.

hit880 employs a dedicated risk and fraud team that monitors all activity on the platform. Decisions made by this team regarding account restrictions are final and will be communicated to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

6 Game Rules, RNG and Sports Betting

All casino games available on hit880 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and card games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and roulette mechanics supervised by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or Pragmatic Play studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

For sports betting markets, odds and lines are set by hit880's trading team and may be adjusted at any time prior to settlement. In-play odds change dynamically based on live event data. hit880 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The odds were published in error (palpable error, or "palp").
• The event was not completed according to the governing body's rules.
• Reliable data to settle the market was not available.
• Match-fixing or integrity concerns have been raised by the relevant sporting authority.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or bet settlement, the data held in hit880's server logs and trading system shall be the definitive record. Players may raise a dispute through [email protected] within 14 days of the contested event.

7 Responsible Gaming

hit880 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and helping players maintain healthy gambling habits. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from hit880. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hit880's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to hit880 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hit880 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, power outages, device failures, or any other circumstances beyond hit880's reasonable control.
• Decisions made in good faith by hit880's risk team based on information available at the time.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in this Agreement limits hit880's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

hit880 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hit880 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law. All data is stored using industry-standard encryption.

10 Amendments, Termination and Governing Law

hit880 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal or security reasons. Continued use of hit880 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

hit880 may terminate or suspend a player's account at any time if it determines that the player has breached any provision of this Agreement, without prior notice. Upon termination, any pending withdrawal of legitimately won, non-bonus funds will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment timelines.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through hit880's internal complaints process should be directed to [email protected]. hit880 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a final decision within 28 days.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and hit880 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
